The National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) is seeking candidates 55 years of age and older for the position of Program Coordinator Assistant with the

U.S. EPA

Senior Environmental Employment (SEE)

Program IDEM/Office of Water Quality/Drinking Water Branch General Summary:

Support to Drinking Water Branch and Office of Water Quality staff. Perform administrative duties including agency travel requests, data entry, filing, and reception. Program Qualification (must meet all 3 minimum requirements): 55 years of age and older (in accordance with Public Law 98-313 and the Older American Workers Act) a US citizen be eligible to work in the US.

Position Qualifications:

BA or BS in Accounting or related field.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Review and complete agency Office of Water Quality travel requests, monitor reimbursements, request contract rates, coordinating with budgeting office, secure transportation and lodging for travelers. (70%) Provide administrative assistance to Branch. (20%) Sort and distribute incoming mail, answer main phone, file documents in Virtual Filing Cabinet and other duties as assigned. (10%)

Benefits:

Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Program-paid medical insurance (30+ hours) and enrollee-paid dental and vision plans (17.5+) available. This position is reviewed annually and may or may not be renewed. EOE.

$19.21 per hour
