Compensation & Schedule Salary:

$65,000-$75,000, depending on experience $3,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 on first paycheck $1,000 after 90 days $1,000 after 6 months Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions 7% employer-paid retirement contribution (no match required) Life and AD&D insurance Short-term disability coverage Optional supplemental benefits Paid time off and holidays Wellness and telehealth resources What You'll Do Lead all accounting and financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and cost allocation Develop and manage organizational budgets Ensure compliance with federal and state grant requirements, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, Board of Directors, and funders Coordinate audits and financial reporting requirements Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions Supervise and support fiscal staff What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of financial management experience Experience with grant-funded programs, including budget management and compliance Knowledge of federal grant requirements (Uniform Guidance and cost principles) Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills About Us Little Learners Childhood Connections is dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality early childhood programs.
