Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Quality Outcome Program Coordinator, you will participate in all aspects of program development, implementation, and sustainment for quality outcomes, as identified and measured through external programs like Leapfrog and the Hospital Transformation Project. Every day you will coordinate and manage external quality programs and project plans, working collaboratively with leadership and external agencies to understand, develop, and implement program requirements. You will create comprehensive project plans and timelines to achieve established program goals. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organizational and project management skills, a deep understanding of external quality standards and performance improvement strategies, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive quality outcome achievements. Utilizes a wide range of analytical and evaluation methods and techniques in providing consultation to entity, group, and enterprise leadership that supports the mission, vision, values, strategic plan, and organizational priorities. Coordinates program development for sustaining institutional activities, structures, processes, and outcomes to drive improved scores. Identifies opportunities for improvement through analysis of key programmatic indicators, abstraction, and validation. Identifies patterns and trends for programmatic issues and refers to appropriate leadership and/or committee with recommendations/actions. Generates aligned pragmatic reports for enterprise, group, and local leadership for program sustainment. Conducts concurrent review of program as appropriate, coordinates submission and identifies opportunities for improvement and acting to improve outcomes. Ensures timely and accurate reports for leadership, committees, and performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates professional ownership of outcomes and administrative judgment in decision-making and leadership with interdisciplinary groups involved in the planning, designing, implementing, and improving patient care services and reliable health care delivery systems as outlined in HTP. The position involves working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the community to increase behavioral health service capacity and access to care in Kansas. Additionally, the role works to enhance programmatic operations and improve patient outcomes across various CommonSpirit behavioral health initiatives in Kansas. Job Requirements Required Bachelor's Degree Two (2) years of experience in program coordination within healthcare Preferred Master's Degree
