This position will support the administration, oversight, and monitoring of sex buyer educational and treatment programs in Kansas governed by the agency. This position is responsible for assisting with program evaluation and approval processes, training, compliance monitoring, records and reporting requirements, provider support, and the implementation of applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This position works closely with internal staff, approved providers, and external stakeholders to help ensure programs operate in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Primary Duties:
Assist with the approval, evaluation, and monitoring of sex buyer educational and treatment programs. Review provider applications, renewals, reports, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance. Support the development and maintenance of required forms, records, reports, and program files. Assist with monitoring provider compliance with program standards, reporting requirements, and staff qualification requirements. Conduct or assist with compliance reviews, desk audits, and other monitoring activities as assigned. Provide technical assistance and guidance to providers regarding program requirements and expectations. Assist with the development, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, forms and administrative regulations related to programs. Develop and deliver training and educational resources to sex buyer education and treatment providers, ensuring clear understanding of program requirements and standards. Prepare correspondence, reports, summaries, and other administrative documents as needed.General Responsibilities:
