About Soccer at The Bend Programs Our new facility offers a comprehensive pathway of programs designed to support players at every stage of their development, from ages 2 to 18: Early Childhood Classes & Leagues (Ages 2-5): Delivering fun, positive first soccer experiences focusing on fundamental movement, deceptive dribbling, and finishing skills in a learn-at-your-own-pace environment. Jr. Academy (Ages 5-7): A developmental prep program tailored for young players looking to take soccer more seriously and prepare to transition into local youth soccer clubs. Training Academy (Ages 8-18): Designed to supplement club players' growth through high-level individual skill development, physical training, and specialized instruction alongside their work with their respective youth soccer clubs. About the Role We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and organized Soccer Coach & Facility Program Coordinator to play a key role in the launch and ongoing operation of Soccer at The Bend. This hybrid position combines high-energy on-field coaching across all age groups with facility program support and off-site preschool program delivery. Joining our organization at its infancy, the right candidate will have a unique opportunity to build a long-term, rewarding career in soccer administration and coaching with UPfield Soccer and Soccer at The Bend. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Field Coaching & Program Delivery Lead engaging soccer classes, clinics, and league sessions at Soccer at The Bend for ages 2 through 18 (including Preschool, Jr. Academy, and Training Academy programs). Travel to local partner preschools in the area to deliver our mobile early-childhood soccer program. Coach and facilitate match days and training sessions for seasonal youth leagues. Foster a high-energy, positive environment focused on growth mindset, skill development, and instilling a lifelong love for the game. 2. Facility Oversight & Program Administration Support day-to-day operations and administrative oversight at the Soccer at The Bend facility. Ensure high standards of facility safety, clean environment setup, and smooth delivery of all scheduled programs. Act as a welcoming presence and main point of contact for parents, players, and community partners visiting the facility. Assist with equipment inventory management, field setups, participant check-in, and program scheduling. Qualifications & Requirements Background in soccer (as a coach, player, or trainer) is required. Experience in early childhood education , youth soccer coaching, or sports instruction across multiple age groups (ages 2-18) is preferred.
