Job Description

The Assistant Director for the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice (CEEJ) serves as the primary administrator for the Center's programs and initiatives and as the coordinator for the Church Management Graduate Certificate in the College of Business. Reporting to the Faculty Director of CEEJ (Legendre Soule Eminent Scholar Chairholder), this position is responsible for day-to-day operations, program planning, budgeting, marketing, and stakeholder coordination. Promotion, coordination, and administrative support of the Church Management Graduate Certificate , including outreach, marketing, event coordination, fundraising and collaboration with faculty, staff, and external church partners to support enrollment and program visibility. Coordination and development of all professional activities organized by and for the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice, including conferences, workshops, Ethics Fellows programs, and coordination of external visitors. Promotion of all Center-related communications, including maintaining the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice website and social media presence. Design, marketing, and promotion of Center programs and initiatives, including but not limited to maintaining the Center's LinkedIn page.
Additional Responsibilities:
. Support Center-related initiatives and programming as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in program coordination, marketing, communications, or administrative support in an academic, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization. Experience with professional use of social media platforms and managing institutional or program-level social media accounts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Commitment to Loyola University New Orleans' Jesuit and Catholic mission and to supporting programs grounded in ethical leadership and service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in business or related field. Experience with student programming.
