Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, execution, and ongoing evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives. Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient operations. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program management, or clinical operations. Strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices. Experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
