Lead the design, execution, and ongoing evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives. Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient operations. Supervise and support program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Collaborate with clinical leaders, administrators, and external partners to enhance program outcomes. Monitor program performance through data and quality metrics; implement improvements as needed. Prepare reports and present updates to executive leadership and stakeholders. Support strategic planning and explore opportunities for expanding healthcare services.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program management, or clinical operations. Strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices. Experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.What We Offer:
