(ACE)'s REEP—Environmental Justice Through Art and Youth Leadership Program—is a youth-led environmental justice program that utilizes the arts as a tool to explore, understand, and address environmental issues in Boston and other core cities. The program builds youth leadership, fosters community, and strengthens collective power to advance environmental justice. Environmental justice provides a critical framework for young people to identify and understand systems of oppression in their communities, and to develop solutions to the challenges they experience every day. Through this lens, participants engage in meaningful learning and action while convening youth across neighborhoods to build shared understanding, develop leadership, and create work that drives awareness and action. ACE is seeking three (3) Youth Organizer Leaders to serve as contractors for its 2026 Summer Youth Program. These leaders will play a crucial role in relaunching the program by developing, mentoring, and supporting a cohort of youth leaders who are engaged in community-based initiatives and advocacy. This role blends leadership development, program coordination, and grassroots organizing to build youth power and advance social change. REEP offers in-depth, youth-driven community action projects during both the summer and the school year. This summer, REEP will relaunch with a revised program model designed to deepen impact, strengthen leadership development, and expand opportunities for youth engagement.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
