  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is currently looking for a Youth Advocate Coordinator in our Juvenile Justice residential program for court involved youth ages 13 to 21.
In this role you will oversee and coordinate staff and youth in the execution of the daily program plan providing comprehensive interventions in a highly structured, self-contained environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met Ensure safety and security, including security checks Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment Help youth identify goals and interests Cultivate a positive program environment Assign and lead daily group activities Serve as an advocate and role model for youth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field At least two years experience with the population Valid Massachusetts driver's license Supervisory experience is preferred
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm (Sunday/ Monday off) Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am (Friday/Saturday off) Hourly Rate $21.83—$21.83 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
