Program Manager

Lead MES program execution, governance, delivery planning, and cross-functional coordination to achieve productivity, quality, compliance, and operational objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Experience leading and managing execution of projects and operational initiatives within a technical or professional discipline Advanced knowledge of project and program management Experience planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation through delivery Experience managing integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across cross-functional teams Experience leading risk, issue, and change management activities Experience providing project status reporting and executive-level updates Experience assessing complex project issues and developing resolutions Experience working with PMO, quality, and enterprise standards Preferred Skills Experience leading MES initiatives or manufacturing systems projects Experience managing budgets, forecasts, statements of work, and vendor performance Experience coordinating internal resources across multiple departments Experience working with site leadership, functional teams, and external vendors Experience improving project delivery tools, processes, and execution consistency Job Responsibilities Provide overall program leadership and governance for MES initiatives Define program objectives, success metrics, operating cadence, and escalation paths Plan, execute, and monitor MES projects from initiation through delivery Own integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across cross-functional and departmental teams Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, site leadership, functional partners, and vendors Manage financial and resource aspects of the program, including budgets, forecasts, statement-of-work execution, vendor performance, and internal resource allocation Assess complex and ambiguous project issues and develop effective resolutions Lead risk, issue, and change management activities Ensure adoption readiness and compliance with PMO, quality, and enterprise standards Provide clear project status reporting and executive-level insight on progress, risks, and financials Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and execution consistency Capture lessons learned to improve future initiatives

Pay:
