SeniorCare Inc. Gloucester, MA Money Management Program Coordinator Full-Time (35 Hours/Week) SeniorCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Money Management Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Money Management and Representative Payee Programs. This full-time position plays a key role in helping low-income older adults manage household budgets, maintain financial stability, and age with dignity in their communities.
What You'll Do:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a volunteer-driven money management program Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers who assist clients with budgeting and bill paying Provide direct money management and representative payee services as needed Maintain program records, report statistics, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Conduct home visits to assess client needs and program eligibility Collaborate with care managers, protective services, and community partners Lead outreach efforts and promote the program to the community
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Business preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of program management experience preferred but not required (volunteer-based program experience a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills Comfort with community outreach and conducting group presentations Compassion for older adults and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations Must be computer literate and able to travel within our service area We offer ongoing training, supportive supervision, great team relations and a sense of challenging, worthwhile work within the local communities we serve. This position is an important part of an Agency that has been in operation for over 50 years and devoted to multiple programs supporting people's ability to live in the setting of their choice as they age. We have a competitive compensation and benefit package with an emphasis on work life balance in a comfortably sized 100 employee operation with offices in Gloucester and Beverly. Starting range:
