Every day is different from leading games and crafts to supporting homework, outdoor play, and exciting field trips. If you're looking for a job where you can make a difference while having fun, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for children. Lead fun activities including games, arts & crafts, STEM projects, sports, and outdoor play. Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate programming. Supervise children during daily activities, field trips, and special events. Encourage positive behavior and model the YMCA's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility . Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Maintain a clean, organized program space. Complete attendance, incident reports, and other required documentation. Work collaboratively with the Site Coordinator and fellow staff members. Attend staff meetings and required professional development trainings.
