Job Description

Position Overview As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through hands-on support and meaningful interactions. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents in conversation and daily activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications include:
