Ideally, the candidate would also be available for one additional weekday evening and/or weekend hours . Earlier evening availability is helpful, but not always required. Hours will generally range from 10-16 per week , depending on availability and our class schedule. Responsibilities Oversee the school during evening classes and close the office when scheduled Respond to phone and email inquiries from current and prospective students Provide information about programs, schedules, pricing, and enrollment Follow up with prospective students and assist with the enrollment process Coordinate consultations between prospective students and instructors Help manage class schedules, session dates, registrations, and instructor scheduling Serve as a point of contact between students and teachers Make basic website and class-information updates Help keep the office organized, welcoming, and well-stocked Assist with other administrative projects as needed Depending on the candidate's skills and interests, there may also be opportunities to help with social media, marketing, website content, or community outreach . What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and consistently available Tuesday and Thursday evenings in person at our location in Waltham Friendly and comfortable working with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds Professional and confident communicating by phone and email Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive and willing to take initiative and work independently Comfortable learning new software and online systems Interested in a longer-term part-time position rather than a one-semester role Preferred but not required:
