Job Description

Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the all clinical program leadership to support the initiatives of the Clinical Department. This role requires a combination of organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities to ensure the seamless functioning of clinical and administrative operations within all clinical programs.
Skills and Experience:
Prefer minimum of 1 year experience in program coordination/case management. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Responsibilities and Duties Assists Program Directors and Clinical Supervisors in day-to-day management activities Processes referrals for all clinical programs, including insurance verifications and client information entry into EHR software. Completes regularly scheduled calls to families on the waitlists for all programs to check in and confirm continued placement on the waitlist Maintain effective communication with clinicians, peers, and management/Program Directors to relay updates, challenges, and achievements Respond to unforeseen situations or urgencies, making well thought-out decisions to minimize administrative and clinical disruptions in all programs. Program Directors Degree/Credential Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred, associate degree with experience will be considered.

Self-starter in skill and career development Ability to work collaboratively within Rise programs and with collaterals Excellent time management and organizational skills Superior communication skills Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 software, ability to quickly learn other software (EHR and database) Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations Additional requirements: Valid driver's license Must comply with
COVID-19
vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption.
