About This Role The Weapons Program Management (PM) team is seeking a Project Specialist to help maintain a high level of excellence on recurring program activities and support the PM team. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, be very well organized, and is passionate about serving the warfighter. Responsibilities Coordinate Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) deliverables for a major DoW contract Ensure on-time submittal of recurring SDRL deliverables to the customer, including coordination with various functional groups- Engineering, Quality, PM etc.
For customer meetings:
gather customer attendee lists, produce agendas, coordinate content reviews with internal leadership etc. Lead program Pre-Ship Readiness Review (PSRR) events and SDRL creation, ensuring timely completion to support on-time hardware delivery to our customer Qualifications Qualifications Associates Degree required Ability to learn quickly and multitask efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office products Willingness to travel up to 10% Ability to obtain a security clearance Knowledge of business software such as Oracle EBS and eMatrix PLM preferred Prior US military or defense / aerospace industry experience preferred How We Care At Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
