Specialty Program Director 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Specialty Program Director for Massachusetts Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities throughout the continental United States. We pride ourselves on providing operational guidance and programs to enable nursing facilities to overachieve their quality and operational goals. We are looking for an experienced Specialty Program Director to supervise a wide range of programs. They will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. They will ensure internal teams are up and running; review metrics of programs and inform management on progress and performance. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of Clinical Program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their team. Requirements for Specialty Program Director Proven experience as the program director or other managerial position Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Cardiology, Pulmonary, Nephrology and Orthopedics) Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, and reporting Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (PowerPoint, EMR) Excellent organizational and leadership skills An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities RN, LPN, RT or DOR Benefits for Specialty Program Director Employee Referral Bonus Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits 401k Benefits with match Employer Sponsored Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) #LI-DP1
