Job Description

Position Summary Seeds 4 Success guides young people in Annapolis' under-resourced communities toward success through long-term relationships. The Program Manager leads DREAM, our middle school program, and GROW, our high school program. This role oversees program quality, curriculum, volunteers, partnerships, and day-to-day operations while using participant and family feedback to strengthen both programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program leadership and quality Lead the planning and implementation of DREAM and GROW, including their expansion to two days of programming each week. Develop and implement curricula and assessments that support participants' academic growth, social-emotional development, and preparation for life after high school. Work with the Executive Director and Program Director to provide high-quality experiences for participants, families, volunteers, and partners. Develop a vision for future summer programming, beginning in July 2027, that advances program goals. Operations and engagement Coordinate meals, transportation, materials, and other logistics to support safe, reliable programming. Lead the recruitment and retention of DREAM and GROW participants and families. Recruit, support, and retain DREAM and GROW volunteers. Build and manage partnerships with local organizations that respond to participant and family needs. Measurement and stewardship Track and report key program measures, including enrollment, retention, academic growth, and survey participation. Support caregiver, participant, and volunteer surveys and use the findings to improve programming. Manage the implementation and outcomes of grant-funded programs. Monitor assigned program expenses and contribute to program budgets and grant planning. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications and Skills College degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience working with youth, preferably middle and high school students. Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage programming, support volunteers, and work collaboratively with families and community partners. Comfort using technology to maintain records and track program outcomes. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Availability for after-school programming and occasional evenings or weekends.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
