- is seeking a
- Program Controls Scheduling Manager
- to be based in our
- Baltimore, MD
- office with a strong background in construction planning, utility coordination and force account management to support the B&P Tunnel Replacement (BPTR) Program among other project opportunities available at
AECOM. AECOM
is the delivery partner for Amtrak on the BPTR Program that will upgrade a ten-mile section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC), America's busiest passenger rail line. The delivery partner team is responsible for supporting Amtrak with overseeing the full breadth of the program. The scope of services includes program management, design oversight, construction oversight, commissioning oversight, program controls, and commercial and capacity building. The Program will also include delivery of new roadway and railroad bridges, new rail systems and track, and a new ADA-accessible West Baltimore MARC station. The ideal candidate will have proven experience maintaining and updating detailed project schedules, coordinating with utility providers and third-party stakeholders and ensuring timely execution of force account work in compliance with project goals and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate also needs to have experience integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework while managing interdependencies, risks, resource alignment; partnering closely with project managers and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions; providing authoritative scheduling oversight and ensuring program objectives are met from early estimating through construction and closeout. The- responsibilities
- of the Scheduling Manager include the following: + Review contractor schedule for compliance with Contract and Scheduling Technicalities including construction activity planning + Support analysis of schedule, identifies and investigate project schedule variances.

- Minimum Requirements
- + Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Preferred Requirements
- + Experience on Amtrak or other public transit agency projects is preferable. + Experience on review/development of Time Impact Analysis. + Experience in reviewing Contractor's Baseline / Update / TIA schedules. + Experience with schedule evolution from estimating through design
- construction
- closeout including changes + Experience in Construction Schedule Planning.
- Additional Information
- + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available now or in the future. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $120000 to $200000.
