Role:

The Program Monitor performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs. Ensures program compliance with financial, legal, and programmatic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that financial and programmatic reports are submitted according to specifications. Work with Program staff and funding agency to clarify funding agency's reporting requirements Work with Finance and Program staff, as needed, to complete and/or compile reports. Assist Program and Grants staff with electronic registration, as needed, and support the online completion and submission of reports. Monitor compliance with submission of reports related to each grant award. Monitor and assist with compliance related to any special legal, partnership (outside agencies), or matching fund requirements. Responsible for tracking of all confirmed and pending grant agreements, award payments, expenses, and other financial transactions, and for accuracy of grant archives. Work with Program and Finance staff to ensure that award and payment records are accurate and up-to-date. Work with Program and Finance staff to ensure that all government grant reports and backup documentation is received from, and signed off by, program managers and maintain files of documents for audit purposes.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred.

$21.50 to $34.83
