This position oversees the development, review, approval, maintenance, and distribution of policies, administrative instructions, and procedural documents, ensuring compliance with DoD, DHA, and WRNMMC requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of executive-level administrative or program management experience in a federal government or military environment. Experience managing official correspondence, publications, and task-tracking systems for senior-level offices. Experience working with senior leaders, including SES, Flag Officers, GS-15s, and their staffs. Knowledge of military command structure, missions, and organizational relationships within DoW. Knowledge of DoW/DHA correspondence, publications, and records management requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to learn and use government correspondence tracking databases and Executive Secretariat SharePoint within 30 days. Excellent English grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in DoW, DHA, or Military Treatment Facility environments preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage the WRNMMC Publications and Issuances Program within the Executive Secretariat. Oversee publications from development and coordination through review, approval, dissemination, periodic review, and cancellation. Review publications for compliance, format, structure, clarity, consistency, and enforceability. Ensure policies and procedures align with related forms and supporting documents. Identify incomplete or non-compliant documents and provide corrective guidance. Coordinate publication reviews across WRNMMC directorates and stakeholders. Ensure required legal, safety, clinical, administrative, and other reviews are completed. Track review cycles, approvals, updates, and overdue actions. Maintain the WRNMMC publications repository and ensure documents are current, accessible, and properly version-controlled. Archive or cancel obsolete and superseded publications in accordance with records management requirements. Develop publication templates, formatting standards, and guidance. Provide training and direct support to directorates developing or revising publications. Maintain a centralized tracking system for publications and issuances. Prepare status reports, metrics, and trend analysis on reviews, overdue actions, and program performance. Support Executive Secretariat functions such as correspondence, records, and forms management during absences, surge operations, or as directed. Salary commensurate with qualifications.
