full-time OBXtek is looking to staff a Classified Engineering Services Program Manager . The DOJ Project supports over 1,200 endpoints across more than 400 locations, providing classified data processing systems at Secret and Top Secret/SCI levels.

Responsibilities include the following:

Oversee the overall management and execution of the program. Ensure the program meets its objectives and deliverables within the specified timeline. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Manage the program's budget and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with DOJ guidelines, policies, and standards

Qualifications Required Clearance:

Top Secret with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. PMP or PgMP certification preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with federal government IT programs is a plus
