Job Description
- Serve as Alternate Contract Manager and site lead, providing leadership continuity and full contract authority in the Contract Manager's absence.
- Lead ExecSec/SACO ETMS2 tasking operations, governance meeting support, and workflow manager coordination across the organization.
- Review and verify regulatory and organizational procedures within the ETMS2 Business Rules; lead working groups and draft portions of the Business Rules document.
- Develop and maintain business process improvements, training curricula, and business rules for staffing operations.
- Review official Action Officer (AO) training slides for grammar and formatting; construct Executive Level Writing training materials and deliver oral presentations at Training events.
- Facilitate monthly workflow manager synchronization meetings and provide guidance on system improvements and business processes.
- Oversee SharePoint workflow administration and executive task management activities supporting leadership and mission execution. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading executive staff operations, workflow management programs, and business process analysis in a DoD or federal environment.
- Demonstrated experience in governance support and ETMS2 or comparable tasking environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Public Administration, Business Management, Public Policy, Economics, or Marketing (preferred).
- Site lead, program lead, or Alternate Contract Manager experience (preferred).
- National Guard Bureau (NGB) or Air National Guard (ANG) leadership experience strongly preferred.
