Job Description Kearney & Company is seeking an IT Control Assessment Senior Analyst to join our growing firm. Job duties include but not limited to: Responsible for supporting our clients as they modernize their IT systems to ensure compliance with federal IT audit and cyber security standards

Support overall client IT audit readiness over IT General and automated applications controls.

Perform assessment of IT general and application controls related to financial systems.

Conduct assessments of SOC reports to evaluate requirements for additional testing.

Develop and track status of corrective actions.

Document and report on results of activities.

Analyze auditor or assessor requests, identify appropriate documentation in coordination with control owners, and review response for appropriateness and compliance

Communicate delays and risks with management

Support automating data pipelines and integration frameworks while maintaining data governance, accuracy, integrity, and auditability.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 2.5 years experience assessing IT general and application controls.

Ability to work onsite in Camp Springs, MD 5 days a week

Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
