Job Description
Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of large, complex programs across multiple customers and technologies. Ensure successful delivery within cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. Develop and implement standardized program management processes and governance frameworks. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Support business development and capture efforts, including proposals and execution strategies. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management. Engage with senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders. Lead and develop high-performing program teams.
