Full Job Description Location Lyon Homes:
411 New Pittsburg Avenue, Dundalk, MD Baltimore County, MD 21222. CTG is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to support the needs and advancement of families living in our affordable housing communities. This position will play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident services programming across four strategic areas: healthy living, financial capability, workforce development, and youth development. The RSC will develop and implement a comprehensive resident services workplan that is consistent with CTG's strategic priorities, the
C.O.R.E.S.
framework (https://coresonline.org/certification#about), and the identified needs and priorities of residents. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the
C.O.R.E.S.
framework at assigned communities, translating resident data and community assessments into meaningful programs, services, partnerships, and measurable outcomes. The Coordinator will collect and analyze resident and program data; conduct resident engagement and needs assessments; organize routine meetings and opportunities for resident input; coordinate and support resident programs and community partnerships. The RSC will use resident feedback, participation data, and outcome indicators to continuously evaluate and strengthen resident services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of community-based work, experience developing or coordinating programs and community partnerships, strong organizational and data-management skills, and the ability to effectively implement a resident services framework from assessment through program delivery and outcome measurement. The successful candidate will share a passion for supporting families, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities that improve residents' quality of life and long-term stability.
