MDS Coordinator Job Summary The Hyattsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MDS Coordinator to join our team in Hyattsville, MD. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process.
