This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive community engagement, develop innovative initiatives, and foster positive social change. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for public health, social work, and community development, combined with strong leadership and project management skills. As a Program Manager, you will oversee program development, manage diverse teams, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives that make a meaningful difference. Duties Oversee daily operations ensuring services are delivered effectively Develop, implement and evaluate program goals, policies and service delievry models. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to support program activities Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts Cordinate client intake. assessment, processes, and service referrals Monitor client progress and ensure proper documentation in electronic health records Supervise and suppoty clinical and non-clinical staff, including therapists, case managers and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and compliance with funding requirements Skills Behavioral health service coordination Strong background in program development, project management, and social work or public health fields Skilled in data collection methods and analysis to evaluate program impact Knowledge of EHR systems Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in recruiting efforts Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on administrative accuracy and efficiency Conflict resolution and performance management
