Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead the delivery of all services under this program, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous service improvement. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the full lifecycle of services under the program, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual requirements and timelines. Work closely with diverse stakeholders and vendor partners to drive efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement. Serve as the primary on-site Point of Contact (POC) for all contractual and delivery-related escalations. Monitor contractor performance and implement strategies to ensure effective service execution and accountability. Leverage industry leading practices to help the organization implement infrastructure improvements, drawing from experience with commercial-grade entities.

Required Qualifications:

Must possess an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proven track record in program-level oversight, specifically managing large-scale federal/commercial contracts. Direct experience in infrastructure-related operations support and technical service delivery. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value and operational efficiency. Demonstrated experience helping organizations adopt leading industry practices and modern infrastructure frameworks.
