Lead programs that strengthen community. Inspire teams, grow impact, as our Chief Programs Officer. Job Description The Chief Program Officer of Member Services leads some of the YMCA's most visible and impactful departments, setting strategy, fueling growth and ensuring Membership, Health and Wellness, and Aquatics deliver outstanding experiences for every member. It is a great time to join us. Our YMCA is building a new 82,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, 58 million dollar Y, and we need a highly qualified person to ensure the tripling of membership within the first year is seamless and impactful. Salary is tbd based on experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field 5+ years of leadership experience in program management, preferably in a YMCA or a related business. Strong background in customer service, wellness, aquatics, or related areas Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Essential Functions Provide visionary leadership for Membership, Health and Wellness, and Aquatics programs. Develop and execute strategies to increase membership Ensure high-quality, safe, and engaging programs that meet community needs Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across departments Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and mission-driven environment Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and partners Support fundraising initiatives and promote YMCA programs within the community.
