  • Full-time Toddler Program Lead Lever's Daycare is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Toddler Program Lead to join our team.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a toddler classroom while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, patient, and passionate about early childhood development. The ideal candidate will be confident leading a classroom, building positive relationships with families, and working collaboratively with staff to create a positive and supportive environment for children.
Position Requirements:
Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance Must be able to work in a fast-paced childcare environment Strong leadership and communication skills required
Responsibilities Include:
Leading daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions Creating engaging learning experiences through play and interaction Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervising children closely and ensuring their safety and well-being Supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental growth Communicating professionally with parents and guardians Collaborating with management and team members Following all state licensing regulations and daycare policies
Qualifications:
Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and stay engaged throughout the day CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children, values teamwork, and wants to play an important role in a positive childcare environment.
