Position Summary AMA Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Associate to provide program coordination and administrative support for a proposed leadership development program. The Program Associate will support the day-to-day coordination of a multi-phase leadership development initiative, including participant communications, scheduling, meeting and training logistics, deliverable tracking, documentation, assessment coordination, coaching logistics, and project reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate program schedules, meetings, workshops, stakeholder interviews, coaching sessions, assessments, and other project activities. Manage participant communications, invitations, reminders, scheduling, and follow-up. Maintain program calendars, participant rosters, project trackers, action items, and documentation. Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual workshops and cohort learning sessions. Support scheduling and administration of leadership assessments and confidential participant debriefs. Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding actions. Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, participant resources, and program documentation. Assist with collecting participant feedback, evaluation information, attendance data, and program metrics. Support status reporting, meeting notes, risk and issue tracking, and quality-control activities. Coordinate activities among project leadership, facilitators, coaches, consultants, participants, and County stakeholders. Maintain organized program records and appropriately safeguard confidential participant information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or a related field. Three (3)+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, training administration, workforce development, or related professional services. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedules, activities, and deliverables. Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and follow-through skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration platforms. Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, project records, and status information. Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting leadership development, executive coaching, training, organizational development, or workforce development programs. Experience supporting government or public-sector clients. Experience coordinating professional development cohorts, assessments, coaching engagements, workshops, or training programs. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
