Job Description

Position Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for program activities and launches and the profitability of assigned programs. This position is also responsible for supporting activities to identify and obtain new business for Amaneos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the profitability of assigned programs. Responsible for reporting profitability and status of programs to Senior Management. Provide the main communication link between customers and Amaneos. Responsible for holding internal product development team (PDT) meetings. Responsible for maintaining program timing. Ensure that all activities listed on the PDP map are completed. Provide all necessary support to the customer. Maintain open issues or activity lists for all program issues on each program and update them as required. Ensure that the various Gate Reviews are completed for the development of a manufacturable and quality-minded product for assigned programs. Analyze and approve quotations for new projects/engineering changes and assist in updating costs during product development. Supports the comprehensive, continuous improvement philosophy for all Amaneos disciplines. Performs job functions in accordance with set policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the Amaneos Quality Policy and compliance to currently recognized industry standard QMS and EMS. Ensure compliance with Amaneos policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Quality. Complies with Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements and supports environmental objectives, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Preferred Education and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred with PMP certificate. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the automotive industry in sales, program management, or engineering position. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills. Able to prioritize workload to maximize efficiency. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
