Homeschool Partnership Liaison Preferred Qualifications:

60 semester credit hours combined from one or more regionally accredited two or four year colleges or universities, with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Good written and oral communication skills Ability to work with students Prior experience working in a school district or a homeschool program

Duties:

Represent homeschooling families and their needs/interests when choosing curriculum and classes Communicate clearly and regularly with students and families on the expectations and requirements of participation in the program Monitor online progress and provide weekly mentorship and troubleshooting/tech assistance as needed Plan fall and winter optional learning schedules Enter students and classes in Synergy, run required reports, ensure accurate details, and FTE Complete accurate pupil accounting paperwork, and prepare for audits Regularly communicate with the administration on the progress of enrollments, registrations, schedules, and additional activities Create and maintain positive business relationships with vendors and community partners, keep them informed throughout the year on schedules, calendar reminders, and invoicing, etc Be present and available during weekly on-campus optional learning activities, ensuring everyone adheres to school rules and safety guidelines

Pay Rate:
