Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently across all designated areas Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, surface disinfecting, and restocking supplies Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for everyone Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing floors Experience with general facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs or painting is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety standards required for effective custodial work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join us in creating a clean and inviting space where everyone feels comfortable!
