Contract Youth Development Facilitator Detroit, MI Job Details Contract $67.50 - $177.70 a day 5 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Working with high schoolers Working with children Critical thinking Teaching Full Job Description Job Summary Divine Works Education & Training is seeking mission-driven professionals to serve as Contract Youth Development Facilitators for the Proteential™ Program in middle schools, high schools, and community settings. The Proteential™ Program helps students develop positive self-image, strengthen decision-making, and model appropriate behavior across academic and social environments. Through a blend of academic concepts and social-emotional learning principles, students build critical thinking, communication, and personal development skills. This opportunity is designed for professionals who are serious about serving youth and are prepared to complete a selective certification process before final placement. We are looking for strong communicators, facilitators, mentors, and leaders who can represent the program with professionalism and excellence in schools and community-based settings. Position Summary As a Contract Youth Development Facilitator, you will deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and youth-development experiences aligned with Divine Works Education & Training's mission of empowering humanity to realize its full potential. Facilitators will engage students, school staff, families, and community stakeholders while supporting program growth, visibility, and implementation. Selected candidates must successfully complete the required Proteential™ certification and training process prior to receiving facilitator assignments. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging youth-development presentations and workshops in school and community settings.
  • Clearly communicate the purpose, value, and impact of the Proteential™ Program to students, families, educators, and administrators.
  • Create a safe, professional, and respectful learning environment.
  • Use discussion, storytelling, and interactive strategies to keep participants engaged.
  • Adapt delivery to fit the needs of different school and community audiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with school leaders, organizational partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Support program outreach and relationship-building efforts that help expand school and community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to align delivery with program goals and implementation expectations.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, teachability, and strong follow-through. Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in public speaking, teaching, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, youth development, or related work.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A professional, confident, and engaging presence.
  • Experience working with youth, students, families, or community-based groups.
  • The ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work within a structured process.
  • Willingness to travel for program-related engagements.
  • A collaborative and professional work style. Certification Requirement
  • This role requires successful completion of the Proteential™ curriculum certification and ongoing training participation.

  • 30% of gross profit for 3-hour large-group sessions (minimum 200 students).
  • Typical gross profit: $5,000-$9,000 per session series.
  • $177.70 per hour for Targeted Small Group Sessions. Co-Facilitator
  • $200 per day for 3-hour large-group sessions (minimum 200 students).
  • $67.
50 per session for 1-hour group sessions (minimum 20 students). Divine Works Education & Training is building its facilitator team for the upcoming school year. Facilitators selected for advancement will receive structured training, program support, and implementation resources designed to increase the likelihood of successful school and community partnerships. This position has openings in multiple U.S. locations. Applicants will be considered only for the listed job location(s).

$67.50 - $177.70 per day
