Position Description:
Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs. Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales etc. Program Coordination & Support -
Logistical Assistance:
Support the execution of large-scale events, including Town Halls and All Hands meetings. This includes assisting with venue logistics, audio-visual coordination, and attendee invitation lists.
On-Site Support:
Serve as a point of contact during live events to assist with room setup and on-site logistics to ensure a seamless experience for leaders and participants.
Administrative Partnership:
Coordinate with other departments to align schedules and ensure consistent event planning across the enterprise.
Agenda Development:
Assist in the creation and management of meeting agendas for recurring governance forums and leadership sessions. Operational Coordination -
Process Support:
Support timeline and milestone tracking across project workstreams, flagging schedule risks as needed; partner with the broader team to keep deliverables within agreed scope and timeline.
Gap Coverage:
Provide flexible administrative support during peak event cycles or when organizational needs require it. Key Success Factors -
