EXPERIENCE
Training and experience in general office work, office procedures and office equipment. Three or more years' experience providing support in a human services agency or multifunctional office environment.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Clinical Program Support Specialist provides a wide range of support to the clinical teams. The Clinical Program Support Specialist performs functions that include but are not limited to the following: word processing, typing, record keeping, filing, data entry, processing agency mail, copying, preparing mailings, and other tasks which fall within the scope of general clerical duties and support services. The Clinical Program Support Specialist handles various departmental matters, as well as providing support, as needed, for specific projects or events. These functions may include but are not limited to the following: running and monitoring reports, supporting team meetings, recording minutes of assigned meetings, providing weekly status reports to service providers regarding documentation of provided services, and scheduling. CPSS also supports performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans related to clinical teams. Clinical Program Support Specialists may serve as primary backups for each other and serve as emergency back up to the front desk receptionist. The Clinical Program Support Specialist shall be responsible to the Director of Administration and clinical supervisory staff as designated by the Chief Executive Officer.
