Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate customer complaints/issues with appropriate department (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve any and all customer complaints/issues. Support the quoting and launch phases of new business. Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Frequent travel required.
