Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate customer complaints/issues with appropriate department (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve any and all customer complaints/issues. Support the quoting and launch phases of new business. Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Frequent travel required. Perform special assignments as delegated. Support compliance with Skyway Precision's Quality Policies and Procedures. Support

Skills and Experience:

Strong Communication Skills - Written & Verbal Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Time Management Operational Knowledge and Industry Expertise Strong MS Office skills.

General Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in related field. 5 or more years of experience in Program Management within the production or manufacturing field. 5 or more years of industry specific knowledge/experience. (CNC Machining, Casting Processes, Engine Components)
