Rochester Hills, MI Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Project stakeholder communication Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Responsible for the overall organization of parts in the build room and internal transportation of parts throughout the build process. Communicate part status, needs and urgencies to respective departments and Program Managers. Coordinate studio set up at the beginning of a project and studio closure at the end of a project. Document materials received from customer and materials sent to customer, via shippers and photo documentation. Track and coordinate scrapped/sold material, with input from the Program Manager. Notifies Operations Manager when studios are cleared and ready for a new project. Ensures program timelines are posted in the build room. Maintains Project Coordinator section of the project Bill of Material - tracking part location, coordinates outsourcing activities as necessary, procures any parts specified by Engineering/Design team. Assist Build Leads and Program Managers with procurement of project parts and hardware. Creates shippers for Program Managers, as needed. Ensures part releases are accurate to customer-provided documentation prior to final part finishing. Acts as internal backup to Program Managers while they are out on PTO. Highly motivated, able to work with little direction Organization skills are a must Written and verbal communication skills - must be able to work with multiple department leads, customer and Program Manager Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
