Available Position Overview seeking an experienced Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of its I/DD program. The supervisor will provide clinical and administrative leadership, supervise staff, manage crisis situations, ensure compliance with waiver and funding requirements, and support the delivery of person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Full Michigan licensure is required. Acceptable licenses include LMSW, LLP, or LPC. Key Responsibilities Provide standard and clinical supervision to program staff using appropriate supervisory methodologies. Provide day-to-day supervision, direction, performance evaluation, and staff development. Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes as appropriate. Manage and respond to crisis situations involving clients and program staff. Train and support staff on the electronic medical record (EMR) and assist with EMR-related questions. Review treatment records and reports and provide direction regarding documentation improvement. Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain meeting records. Provide regular case consultations and maintain at least monthly supervision with staff. Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver, Children's Waiver , and other applicable funding-source requirements. Monitor staff credentials, required training, and compliance. Participate in monthly Total Quality Management Committee meetings. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives within the assigned program. Review EMR data related to waivers, productivity, and program performance. Assess community needs and prioritize services accordingly. Assess the need for psychiatric, psychological, and case management services and monitor service delivery. Collaborate with the Program Director, Finance, leadership, and other departments to meet funding and budget requirements. Support and train staff in Person-Centered Planning practices. Ensure service activities and records meet applicable accreditation and quality standards. Complete required documentation, referrals, reports, and other program paperwork. Serve as a liaison to agency committees and community partners as assigned. Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and trainings and communicate pertinent information to staff and leadership. Complete 24 hours of program/position-specific training annually . Follow professional ethical standards and agency policies. Required:

LMSW LLP LPC

Minimum 1 year of experience examining, evaluating, and treating children and adolescents . Minimum 1 year of experience working with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities. Must be able to appropriately handle crisis situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Creative, flexible, and culturally competent approach to care. Ability to provide nonjudgmental and unconditional support to clients. Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record. Must meet requirements for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available . Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of supervisory experience Experience working with Waiver programs Experience with electronic medical records Experience within an Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities/behavioral health setting

Schedule Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM-5:00 PM Minimum 4 hours per week after 5:00 PM , scheduled in coordination with the supervisor. Full-time staff must provide at least 23 billable service hours per week . Additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on client and program needs. No on-call requirement. Compensation & Benefits $35.60-$48.17/hour , dependent on licensing and experience. Incentive pay available. Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle: $0.64/mile . Training paid for by The Guidance Center.
