Presently, MAG is seeking the following position:
Program Manager :
SUMMARY Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Maintain complete, comprehensive, and accurate project file including all customer correspondence, approval documentation, etc, according to company policies and procedures. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Participate in performance reviews for functional project participants as well as project team members. Recommend training for functional project participants as well as project team members. Utilize familiarity of standard book drafting procedures, standard terminologies, and commercially available components with Cross Hüller and its customers. Assist other departments with special projects or assignments as needed. Make recommendations to management for process improvements and other cost saving measures. Write and follow ISO procedures utilizing the appropriate work instructions and forms. Adheres to quality, customs, foreign trade zone and environmental processes and procedures. Supervisory responsibilities May supervise personnel working on projects.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; plus five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Planning and scheduling skills; project management training. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and time-line applications. Good communication skills with peers and customers. Must be able to travel extensively both domestically and internationally. Extended travel to both customers' locations and other Cross Hüller facilities may be required.
