Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing program budgets and timelines, and executing robust risk mitigation strategies. Skilled in project management methodologies, machining, tool building, welding, and CMM processes. Adept at strategic planning, client negotiation, and resource allocation to consistently deliver high-performance results within quality systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF ROLE

Program Leadership & Control:

Direct and monitor complex manufacturing programs, managing full project lifecycles across cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.

Strategic & Financial Management:

Execute strategic planning, monitor project expenses, analyze program profits, and establish measurable performance metrics.

Team & Performance Management:

Lead, mentor, and direct cross-functional teams; evaluate progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goal alignment.

Risk Management & Mitigation:

Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before impact on cost or schedule.

Technical Process Alignment:

Apply deep practical knowledge of machining, tool build, welding, and CMM processes to maintain accurate timing, milestones, and delivery deadlines.

Resource & Budget Allocation:

Oversee resource allocation and financial budgeting to maximize program efficiency and return on investment.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration:

Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive collaboration across diverse multidisciplinary teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

Industry Experience:

2+ years of specialized experience in aerospace and defense fixtures.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth understanding of machining, tool building, welding, and CMM processes regarding timing, milestones, and critical path deadlines.

Software & Tools:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project for schedule tracking.

Operational Discipline:

Proven knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, estimating, and quality system compliance.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel as necessary and work overtime to adapt to fluctuating program workloads.
