We are seeking a Program Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support critical mission programs within the aerospace industry. This role will be the direct support to customers for designated programs. Our mission is to effectively continue to support our critical mission programs within the aerospace industry by growing our project support teams throughout our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as direct support/single point contact to customers regarding designated programs and/or projects.
  • Develop and maintain program timelines
  • Coordinate and lead program kick-offs
  • Monitor and communicate any program issues both internally and externally.
  • Participate in program status meetings
  • Demonstrate solid business acumen while acting as a supportive team member.
  • Combine office and manufacturing knowledge and skills to be able to apply into action needed for positive outcomes
  • Track project deliverables and milestones to ensure timely progress.
  • Prepare, edit, review, proofread project documents and reports for effective communication.
  • Maintain project records according to quality standards and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and multiple vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experienced with data entry and document management.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five or more years in Manufacturing and Aerospace.
  • Degree in Business Management, Project Management, and/or Engineering.
  • Broad scheduling and planning skillset.
  • Experience supporting organizational leaders.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings or technical documentation.
  • Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Basic accounting knowledge or experience with supporting project budgets. Pay Rate and Benefits
  • Pay Rate dependent on qualifications.
