Responsibilities Inspect and test processed, machined, fabricated, and assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. Review inspection and test data, including measurements, quantities inspected, grades, temperatures, weights, and other quality indicators. Approve the rejection or disposal of products, materials, and equipment that do not meet quality standards. Monitor production operations and equipment to ensure compliance with established specifications. Identify production issues and assist in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions. Communicate inspection findings with production and quality teams. Recommend and support necessary process or assembly adjustments to improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and operational goals. What's Needed? Candidate Profile Associate's degree or equivalent training/experience required. 10+ years of quality, manufacturing, or related industry experience required. Expert knowledge of quality control processes, production operations, and manufacturing techniques. Expert knowledge of raw materials and product inspection methodologies. Expert understanding of machines, tools, equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
