Supervisory or staff coordination experience required, Experience providing direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record, Ability to pass DHS background studies, Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Oakridge Homes-Woodview is seeking a responsible, positive, and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee staff coordination and household operations in a residential setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct care support to ensure high-quality services and a well‑run home.
