Success Homes North, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a part time (32 hours per week) supervisory leadership position supporting individuals with disabilities while providing guidance, coaching, supervision, and support to staff. The Program Coordinator will help ensure that individuals receive high-quality services and are supported in living as independently as possible in their homes. This position will support six homes and up to 24 individuals served and will work closely with House Leads, staff, families, and members of each individual's support team. The Program Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director and collaborate on specific organizational and service-related tasks. Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to staff. Make weekly visits to each home and ensure compliance with programing. Ensure services are provided in accordance with individual service plans, applicable policies, and 245D regulations. Develop and provide staff training and support ongoing development. Assist staff with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and day-to-day questions. Provide guidance and support to House Leads. Ensure required documentation, training, payroll, and records are completed accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with

HIPAA, 245D

regulations, and company policies and procedures. Respond appropriately to urgent needs and be available for emergency on-call shifts (very minimal). Use sound judgment and make appropriate independent decisions in day-to-day situations. Possess the ability to balance checkbooks, budget finances and oversee spending. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and meet one of the following qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience ; OR Associate degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience ; OR Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience ; OR A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience , under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified above. Work experience must include providing direct care services to persons with disabilities. Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age . Must maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance and pass a MVR check. Must be able to pass a DHS background check . Compassionate and caring demeanor. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to use a computer with minimal training (Word, Excel). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to make independent decisions based on established policies and procedures. Strong judgment and problem-solving skills. Effective organizational and time-management skills. Pay:
