We're looking for a Program Manager who will lead and drive our customer centric innovation initiatives. This position executes on product opportunities to solve customer pain-points. The position will utilize their technical and program management skills to guide and work cross-functionally with various functions within the organization such as Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and leadership teams to bring ideas to market.
What You'll Do:
Manage a portfolio of customer-driven innovation projects from concept to completion Drive and set project schedules and hold people accountable to execute and hit internal and external deadlines Establish clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for each project, ensuring alignment with customer needs Oversee the execution of innovation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales Responsible for continuous improvement/process redefinition to ensure an effective, fit-for-purpose product development launch process Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders while assertively driving results of specified initiatives Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the customer experience and product offerings Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in project or program management or engineering Ability to understand customer needs, engage in proactive feedback and recommend solutions Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset Background in customer-focused product development or engineering Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Best in

Compensation Information:
$92,000 - $135,000 Annual Salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
