Program:

DRCC Bishop Woods is home to four individuals who thrive in a warm, caring, and supportive environment where they can live with greater independence. As the Program Director (PD), you will lead and support a dedicated team in providing high-quality care and meaningful opportunities both within the home and in the community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure care plans are followed, and coordinate with nursing staff to address changing health needs. Experience with care coordination, team leadership, and managing evolving medical and personal support requirements is strongly preferred. Staff are trained in the use of the Hoyer lift system and other medical equipment to ensure safe and effective care.

Scheduled Hours:

Hours will vary based on the needs of the program.

Compensation:

Base wage is $23.25 per hour , plus 4 differential of $0.75 , resulting in a total hourly rate of $26.25 when differentials apply. Full-time $100 differential per pay period Why Join Us? Ensure privacy, dignity, and respect for all individuals served Develop and update Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendums Implement and monitor behavior management plans as needed Maintain compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards Provide direct care (e.g., hygiene, transfers) when staff support is needed Team Leadership Create a collaborative, supportive team culture through strong supervision. Recruit, hire, and train DSPs and Assistant Program Directors Provide guidance, feedback, and performance coaching Support a positive, person-centered workplace culture aligned with DRCC's mission Program Budget Management Ensure responsible use of resources to support effective operations. Collaborate with senior leaders on annual budgets Track and manage program expenses Monitor individual funding sources and ensure cost compliance Coordination & Communication Build meaningful relationships and ensure smooth service delivery across teams. Coordinate care across day programs, transportation, and community services Build and maintain relationships with families, case managers, and professionals Represent DRCC's values in all internal and external communication

Qualifications:

Education & Experience (must meet ONE of the following): Bachelor's in related field + 1 year direct care experience Associate's in related field + 2 years direct care experience Diploma + 3 years direct care experience OR 50+ hours of relevant training and experience

Other Requirements:

Supervisory experience in human services Strong communication and tech skills Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Age 18+ and able to pass a background check Ready to Lead and Make a Difference?
