Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Violence Group Co-Facilitator to support our Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) and Turning Points groups. This role involves co-leading weekly group sessions for men and/or women, documenting participation and progress, and collaborating with probation officers to support participant accountability and growth.

What You'll Do:

Co-facilitate weekly group sessions using the established curriculumFoster a respectful, accountable, and supportive group environmentTrack attendance and participation, and assist in preparing progress reportsParticipate in monthly information-sharing calls with probation officersMaintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
